Abstrak

Program Young Leaders dilaksanakan di Pondok Pesantren Assa’adah, Kabupaten Serang, bertujuan untuk mengembangkan jiwa kepemimpinan, keterampilan public speaking, dan kesadaran hukum bagi siswa. Program ini menggunakan pendekatan interaktif yang mencakup pemberian materi, diskusi kelompok, simulasi praktik, dan pengenalan aspek hukum untuk meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam berbicara di depan umum, memimpin, dan memahami implikasi hukum dari tindakan kepemimpinan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan pada beberapa aspek, termasuk kepercayaan diri, kemampuan menjaga kontak mata, pemahaman prinsip hukum dasar, dan teknik penyampaian pesan yang bertanggung jawab. Pelatihan ini memberikan dampak jangka panjang terhadap partisipasi siswa dalam kegiatan sekolah, meningkatkan inisiatif, keterlibatan organisasi siswa, dan kesadaran akan tanggung jawab hukum. Disarankan untuk integrasi teknologi digital dan mentoring lanjutan guna memperkuat hasil yang dicapai..
