TUNE IN WITH ‘SERU.TUNEIN’: INTERVENSI PROMOTIF GANGGUAN DEPRESI PADA REMAJA MELALUI PLATFORM DARING INSTAGRAM DENGAN PENDEKATAN PSIKOLOGI POPULER

Depresi pada remaja merupakan salah satu permasalahan kesehatan mental yang terus meningkat. Data Indonesia National Adolescent Mental Health Survey (Queensland Centre for Mental Health Research, 2023) menunjukkan bahwa 34,9% remaja berusia 10-17 tahun mengalami masalah kesehatan mental dalam 12 bulan terakhir dengan prevalensi depresi sebesar 5,3%. Kondisi tersebut menunjukkan pentingnya upaya peningkatan literasi kesehatan mental melalui media yang mudah diakses. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi pelaksanaan program psikoedukasi “Seru.Tunein” melalui Instagram untuk meningkatkan literasi mengenai depresi pada anak dan remaja. Program dilaksanakan melalui konten edukatif berupa feeds, reels, dan Instagram Stories, serta dievaluasi menggunakan pre-test, post-test, dan indikator ketercapaian media sosial berupa views dan likes. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman audiens mengenai gejala depresi, perbedaan mitos dan fakta, serta pentingnya peran support system dalam mendampingi individu yang mengalami depresi. Selain itu, program berhasil melampaui indikator ketercapaian media sosial (yaitu 10.000 views dan 500 likes) dengan mencapai 30.263 views dan 778 likes. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa Instagram berpotensi menjadi media promosi kesehatan mental yang efektif untuk meningkatkan literasi mengenai depresi remaja.
