About the Journal

Ajudikasi: Jurnal Ilmu Hukum is a peer-reviewed legal journal published by Universitas Serang Raya. The journal publishes legal research and is issued twice a year, in June and December. Areas of focus include Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, Criminal Law, Business Law, Cyber Law, Intellectual Property Rights, Human Rights, and related fields. Submissions must use the journal template and follow the Chicago Manual of Style, 17th Edition (Full Note) for citations. All manuscripts are reviewed by the editorial team and review board. The journal is accredited by the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia with a SINTA 3 rank.

Ajudikasi: Jurnal Ilmu Hukum welcomes manuscripts in both Indonesian and English, but gives preference to those written in English. We encourage you to submit high-quality research, conceptual analyses, or systematic literature reviews for consideration.
