Copyright Transfer Agreement

A formal written copyright transfer agreement from the author(s) is required for every published article. AJUDIKASI : Jurnal Ilmu Hukum requires authors to complete and return this form immediately to the Editorial Board (Editor) to avoid publication delays. The format of the copyright assignment letter is on the following page COPYRIGHT TRANSFER AGREEMENT.

Authors retain the following rights: all proprietary rights related to the article, except for copyright; patent rights; the right to use the article’s content in their own future works; and the right to reproduce the article (copy or create a single electronic copy) for personal use, provided such copies are not offered for sale. Authors may use the article on their personal websites or in their institutional repositories.

Please note that all electronic or printed copies, as well as any other use of the article, must include a reference to AJUDIKASI : Jurnal Ilmu Hukum. Please contact the Editorial Board of AJUDIKASI : Jurnal Ilmu Hukum, Serang Raya University, for further information regarding the use of articles covered by this agreement or those not mentioned herein. If this article was co-authored with other authors, the signatory of this form guarantees that the other authors have been informed and that the signatory has been authorized by all co-authors to sign this agreement on their behalf and to notify those co-authors regarding this agreement.

The copyright transfer form must be signed in original form and sent to the Editorial Board. The copyright form must also be scanned and sent to jurnal.ajudikasi@unsera.ac.id or submitted via the discussion forum in the article submissions menu on the OJS platform for the Ajudikasi Journal.

Kebijakan Jurnal Ajudikasi:
Perjanjian pengalihan hak cipta tertulis secara resmi dari penulis (para penulis) untuk setiap artikel yang diterbitkan bersifat wajib. Jurnal AJUDIKASI: Jurnal Ilmu Hukum mewajibkan penulis (para penulis) untuk mengisi dan mengembalikan formulir ini segera ke Dewan Redaksi (Editor) agar tidak terjadi penundaan dalam penerbitan. Format surat penyerahan hak cipta dapat dilihat melalui laman berikut COPYRIGHT TRANSFER AGREEMENT.

Hak Penulis:
Penulis (para penulis) tetap memegang hak-hak berikut: semua hak kepemilikan yang terkait dengan artikel, seperti hak paten, hak untuk menggunakan isi artikel untuk karya sendiri di masa mendatang, dan hak untuk menggandakan artikel (menyalin atau membuat salinan elektronik tunggal dari artikel) untuk keperluan pribadi selama salinan tersebut tidak untuk diperjual belikan. Penulis dapat menggunakan artikel tersebut untuk situs web pribadi mereka atau untuk repositori institusi mereka.
Perlu diperhatikan bahwa semua salinan elektronik atau cetak, maupun penggunaan artikel lainnya, harus mencantumkan keterangan pemegang hak cipta yaitu AJUDIKASI: Jurnal Ilmu Hukum. Silakan menghubungi Dewan Redaksi Jurnal AJUDIKASI: Jurnal Ilmu Hukum Universitas Serang Raya untuk informasi lebih lanjut mengenai penggunaan artikel yang dalam perjanjian ini maupun yang belum disebutkan dalam perjanjian. Jika artikel ini disusun bersama dengan penulis lain, penandatangan (penulis utama/koresponden) formulir ini menjamin bahwa penulis lain tersebut telah diberi informasi dan penandatangan diberi wewenang oleh semua rekan penulis untuk menandatangani perjanjian ini atas nama mereka serta setuju untuk memberitahukan rekan penulis tersebut mengenai perjanjian ini. 

Formulir pengalihan hak cipta harus ditandatangani secara asli dan dikirimkan ke Dewan Redaksi dalam format PDF. Formulir hak cipta tersebut juga harus dipindai dan dikirimkan ke jurnal.ajudikasi@unsera.ac.id maupun kolom diskusi dengan editor pada menu submissions artikel di OJS Jurnal Ajudikasi.
