The globalization of higher education demands that higher education institutions improve the quality of their human resources, particularly lecturers, to enable them to compete globally. One of the main indicators of this competitiveness is English language proficiency integrated into the academic service management system. This study aims to analyze the influence of English language service management, lecturer competence, and organizational culture on lecturer performance at the Serang Academy of Informatics & Computer Management (AMIK). The study used a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population and sample consisted of 54 lecturers using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected using a five-point Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed through multiple linear regression. The results showed that English language service management, lecturer competence, and organizational culture had a positive and significant effect, both partially and simultaneously, on lecturer performance. Lecturer competence had a dominant influence on performance improvement. These findings emphasize the importance of strengthening English-based service management integrated with the development of academic competency and organizational culture. This study provides strategic implications for higher education leaders in formulating policies to improve lecturer quality that are oriented towards global standards.
