Panggung Jati Village, Banten Province, is one of the villages in the Taktakan sub-district with an area of ​​about 272.45 ha. Some people in the village of Stage Jati make a living, namely farmers and the production of chips, in general, the villagers of Stage Jati have a paradigm of working in a company which is a very extraordinary thing, so that the community is still very difficult to cultivate an entrepreneurial spirit, because they do not have business capital. Panggung Jati Village in general has the skills to make chips and produce melinjo. The people in the village of Jati Stage still use traditional tools in the form of hammers in making emping, work using this traditional tool takes a long time and is full of risks when using these traditional tools to knock on 2 or 3 roasted melinjo pieces, if the worker's hand is injured when using a hammer to crush crackers, the worker cannot carry out the cracker production process, so that it will affect the production yield will decrease. In addition, the problems faced by partners who already have an entrepreneurial spirit, but have obstacles to develop production results, especially the production of chips, namely when the demand for melinjo chips in the market increases, sometimes there are some workers who cannot help with production, thus making the production not much or not can meet market demand, in addition to the problems faced by partners, namely the production of chips is still using a traditional tool, namely a hammer, so the production process takes a very long time, so it is not time efficient in the production process of chips that still use traditional tools. The purpose of this service is to provide entrepreneurship training based on local potential, so that it can increase the community's ability to create economic independence.
