Jape Studio still manages its services manually via WhatsApp and Instagram, which risks causing scheduling errors, booking conflicts, and disorganized customer data. This study aims to design and develop a web-based photo studio management information system to support the booking process, customer data management, services, and transactions more effectively. This is an applied research study using the Prototype model of the SDLC development method. The research location is at Jape Studio, Jl. Perjuangan, Jombang Wetan, Cilegon City. The research population consists of service and customer data at Jape Studio, while the sample used comprises customer data serving as the basis for system analysis. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and literature review, then analyzed descriptively according to system requirements. System design was conducted using UML, including Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, and Class Diagrams. The results of the study indicate that the developed system is capable of integrating service information, account registration, booking, payment, transaction management, and reporting into a single web platform. Black-box testing showed that all functions operate as expected. This system is recommended for use as a studio management tool to make services more structured, faster, and more efficient.
