Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  • If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring Single Blind Peer Review have been followed.

Author Guidelines

  1. Manuscripts is an original word in the field of management not the result of plagiarism
  2. Manuscripts are written in Indonesia as long as 8-20 pages. Equipped with abstracts (up to 250 words), and the key words. the author's brief biografi are included in the special sheet on the last page of the manuscript
  3. A4 paper size. Top margin 3 cm; left 3 cm; Right 2.5 cm; under 2.5 cm.
  4. Space 1.15 cm, spacing after 6pt. Specifically abstracts and bibliography, use 1 space and spacing after 0 pt. Flattened right and left

  6. Writing system: a). Title, b). Author's name, email adress, c). Abstracts in English and Indonesia with keywords, d). Introduction without subtitles, contain background problems, objectives, theoritical basis, and hypoteses (if using a hypothesis), e). Research method, f). Result and discussion (devided into several subtitles, if deemed necessary), g). Closing, contains conclusions and suggestions
  7. The bibliography is compiled by following the guidebook for writing scientific papers
