Masalah: Pelaksanaan Tanggung Jawab Sosial Perusahaan (TJSL) di tingkat daerah menunjukkan perkembangan signifikan, tetapi belum sepenuhnya terarah untuk mendukung agenda pembangunan yang berkelanjutan. Banyak program TJSL berjalan secara terfragmentasi, tidak selaras dengan dokumen perencanaan daerah, serta belum dikelola melalui mekanisme kolaboratif yang melibatkan pemerintah, perusahaan, dan masyarakat secara seimbang.
Tujuan: Memberikan deskripsi dan analisis tentang bagaimana aksi kolaborasi pemerintah, dunia usaha dan Masyarakat dalam penguatan tanggung jawab social perusahaan
Metodologi: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui analisis dokumen, studi literatur, dan penyusunan model konseptual untuk merumuskan desain Rencana Aksi Daerah (RAD) berbasis kolaborasi multipihak.
Temuan: Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penguatan koordinasi antaraktor, integrasi sistem data, serta mekanisme akuntabilitas sosial menjadi prasyarat utama bagi efektivitas RAD TJSL. Desain yang dihasilkan menempatkan pemerintah daerah sebagai penggerak orkestrasi kolaborasi sehingga TJSL dapat berjalan lebih terarah, inklusif, dan memberikan manfaat nyata bagi masyarakat.
