Abstract

Penyelenggaraan pembelajaran campuran memiliki beragam permasalah, antara lain pembagian jadwal, kendala sinyal saat daring, pemilihan media dan bahan ajar, dan pengukuran kompetensi. Pada pembelajaran ini, kesiapan Institusi pendidikan dan guru dalam menggabungkan metode belajar daring dan luring sangat penting. Prosedur yang dapat dijadikan acuan dalam menyiapkan, melaksanakan, dan mengevaluasi pembelajaran idealnya disiapkan sebelum metode ini diterapkan, sehingga rencana pembelajaran dapat terlaksana dan capaian kompetensi terukur baik. Pengabdian ini bermitra dengan SMA IT ABC untuk memberikan pendam­pingan penyusunan prosedur operasional baku selama satu semester. Kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah pengumpulan data melalui pembagian kuesioner, FGD, pendampingan penyusunan, dan evaluasi. Luaran yang dihasilkan adalah diseminasi konsep pembelajaran campur, konsep prosedur operasional baku dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, hingga evaluasi dan instruksi kerja tata laksana model pembelajaran. Berdasarkan evaluasi, jumlah Guru yang memahami POB pembelajaran campuran meningkat sebanyak 70% dan partisipasi aktif Murid di kelas daring sebanyak 40-50%.
