PENINGKATAN KINERJA PEGAWAI MELALUI PROMOSI JABATAN DAN MUTASI

Abstract

This study aims to determine performance improvement through Promotion and Mutation, the methods used are Normality Test, Multicolonierity Test, Heteroskedastistas Test, Autocorrelation Test, Correlation Coefficient Analysis, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis and Determination Analysis. Based on the calculation of the Hypothesis Test, the calculated F value is 25,280 while the F table is 3.20 (25,280> 3.20) Ho is rejected and H3 is accepted, meaning that Promotion (X1) and Mutation (X2) together have a positive and significant effect on Performance (Y).
