Abstract

Organizational Commitment is an employee's attitude or organizational strength in binding employees to remain in the organization. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Organizational Justice, Organizational Culture, and Job Satisfaction on Employee Organizational Commitment at Class 1 Immigration Office Non TPI Serang. This research is a quantitative study, the population in this study is all employees, totaling 42 people and the sample is a saturated sample, because the population is less than 100. Data collection is done through interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression using the SPSS program. The results of the analysis show that Organizational Justice (X1) has a positive and insignificant effect on Organizational Commitment (Y), this can be seen from the results of the calculation of tcount of 0.367 and ttable of 1.684 and a significance level of 0.716 greater than the value of α (0.05), Organizational Culture (X2) has a positive and significant influence on Organizational Commitment (Y), this can be seen from the results of the calculation of tcount of 2.237 and ttable of 1.684 and the level a significance of 0.031 is smaller than the value of α (0.05), Job Satisfaction (X3) has a positive and significant influence on Organizational Commitment (Y), this can be seen from the calculation results of tcount of 2.792 and ttable of 1.684 and a significance level of 0.008 is smaller than the value of α (0.05).
