Abstract

delivery process is a crucial factor in supporting the operational effectiveness of a distribution company. PT. Jaka Oetama Sentosa (PT. JOS) still implements manual coordination between warehouses, which results in information delays, potential recording errors, and low work efficiency. This study aims to design and develop a web-based goods delivery monitoring application to improve transparency and information accuracy internally. The method used is Rapid Application Development (RAD), with data collection through observation, interviews, and literature studies. The results of this study include user interface design, database development, and integrated system implementation. The developed application is expected to accelerate information flow, minimize recording errors, and increase the effectiveness of the goods distribution process. These findings contribute to distribution optimization through internal company digitalization.
