PENDAMPINGAN LEGALITAS WIRA USAHA BARU UNTUK PRODUKSI PANGAN HOME INDUSTRY JAMUR CRISPY DESA SUKAJAYA

Abstract

Food is a basic human need that comes from natural resources and most of it is also produced by home industries which have been processed into various types of food. The high demand for food has become a very important concern for the government to ensure that food is safe for consumption by all consumers. One form of guarantee issued by the government is a PIRT (home industry food) permit. PIRT is a food production permit produced by a home industry scale business. This permit is an official letter stipulated by BPOM (Food and Drug Monitoring Agency). Sukajaya is a sub-district in Curug sub-district, Serang City, Banten, Indonesia. The Central Government Area of Banten Province (KP3B) is located in this sub-district. One of the products of the home industry food business produced by Sukajaya Village is Crispy Mushrooms. This activity is carried out by accompanying and educating New Entrepreneurs to get Business Legality easily so that they can produce crispy mushrooms and can be distributed properly and have product safety and guaranteed product quality. With business legality, Sukajaya Village products can later enter modern shops or supermarkets so that buyer confidence increases. The community is also educated to utilize information technology in marketing its MSME products widely digitally.
