Abstract

The Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector is an industrial sector that can be relied upon as an indicator of economic stability both at the local and regional levels. The function of MSMEs is not only as a business wheel, but also as community empowerment in general. In this case, the Serang City government through its policies always participates and provides motivation and encouragement to small and medium entrepreneurs, so that they can always develop and expand their business activities. The trainings conducted for these small and medium-sized entrepreneurs should be used to add value to the products they make, such as making product packaging and preparing financial reports. To overcome the problem of lack of understanding of the preparation of financial reports for micro-enterprises, the Department of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, Industry and Trade of Serang City provides technical assistance in the preparation of financial reports for micro-enterprises.
