Abstract

The need for Information Technology (IT) today is a need that cannot be ignored by an organization in every field. Utilization of IT can help and support effectiveness and efficiency for organizations that require fast and measurable performance. SMPIT Ar-Raudhah AlBantani is an organization/agencies engaged in junior secondary education domiciled in Sukamenak Village, Baros District. In the situation of the COVID-19 pandemic, especially in the last 2 years, teaching and learning activities (KBM) at SMPIT Ar-Raudhah AlBantani could not be carried out properly. This is caused by the lack of use of IT in the school and the lack of understanding of the educators in making IT-based teaching materials. In addition, in managing teaching material data and administrative data, they still use social media and e-mail. This is considered less effective because there will be a buildup of e-mail from the results of repeated deliveries. Seminars and Workshops are expected to be a solution in increasing the understanding of teaching staff in understanding IT. The use of IT is felt to be able to improve the quality of teaching and learning activities by utilizing Microsoft Office application software consisting of Ms. Word, Ms. Excel and Ms. Power point. In managing teaching and administrative materials files, Cloud Storage Technology is used to maximize data sharing and data security. This activity is expected to improve the quality and competence of teaching staff in making teaching materials and be a provision in the future in facing the disruptive era in the field of education.
