PELATIHAN KEWIRAUSAHAAN BAGI CALON WIRAUSAHA DI KECAMATAN KRAMAT WATU

Abstract

Because entrepreneurship is a deliberate and planned behavior that can increase economic efficiency, provide innovation to the market, expand new jobs, and can improve the quality of work. This service activity provides an understanding of entrepreneurship for UKM and the community in the Kramat Watu District, Serang Regency, Banten Province. With this workshop, it will increase the knowledge of UKM in the place where this community service activity is carried out. This can be seen by the enthusiasm of the participants in providing questions from the material that has been submitted by the resource persons. The results of this activity are an increase in the number of UKM and public understanding regarding entrepreneurship. The activities of this entrepreneurship workshop provide knowledge for UKM actors related to UKM business development so that it will create new jobs. With the creation of new jobs, it will reduce the number of unemployed in Serang Regency, especially in Kramat Watu District. This activity also has an impact on improving the economy of the community in the Kramat Watu sub-district.
