Budaya Perusahaan PT Krakatau Steel (Persero) Tbk bermaksud untuk memahami pemaknaan simbol-simbol budaya perusahaaan bagi karyawan, khususnya karyawan Corporate Communication & Protocolaire melalui pemaknaan terhadap simbol warna dan pemaknaansimbol gambar serta pemahaman yang diberikan pada simbol verbal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pemaknaan yang diberikan mengenai simbol warna yang terkandung pada budaya perusahaan dan pemaknaan mengenai simbol gambar yang menjadi bagian dari budaya perusahaan serta mengetahui pemaknaan simbol verbal yang berada di budaya perusahaan. pemaknaan yang diberikan karyawan Corporate Communication & Protocolaire mengenai simbol verbal Competence, Integrity, Reliable, dan Innovative (CIRI) bagi karyawan Corporate Communication & Protocolaire memiliki makna mampu dalam berkomunikasi, disiplin dalam penampilan dan waktu, memberikan kejelasan informasi, ramah tamah dan sharing knowledge, sedangkan bagi manager Corporate Communication & Protocolaire dimaknai kepatuhan informasi dan menjadi panutan bagi karyawannya. Selain itu nilai budaya CIRI menjadi pemahaman mereka akan simbol verbal. CIRI memiliki pemaknaan sebagai cara mereka bekerja atau guide of work dalam lingkungan kerja mereka, hal ini dimaksudkan agar perusahaan dapat mencapai tujuan perusahaan sebagai perusahaan baja yang terpadu. Dari simbol verbal CIRI mengarahkan profil budaya perusahaan menggunakan model hirarki dan kekeluargaan.Â
