Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Budaya Organisasi, Dan Motivasi Kerja: Dampaknya Pada Kinerja Pegawai Sektor Publik

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh Kepemimpinan transformasional, Budaya Organisasi dan Motivasi kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Sektor Publik. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jumlah populasi 70 orang pegawai Dinas Komunikasi Informatika, Persandian dan Statistik Kabupaten Serang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sampel jenuh. Sampel jenuh adalah Teknik penentuan sampel apabila semua anggota populasi dijadikan sampel. Sumber data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah melalui observasi, kuesioner dan library research. Teknik analisis data diolah menggunakan program SPSS V.25. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh menggunakan pengujian hipotesis yang dilakukan dengan uji parsial (uji t). Hasilnya menunjukan bahwa, (1) kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. (2) Budaya organisasi berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. (3) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai
