Pengaruh Kompensasi Dan Karakteristik Pekerjaan Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai Pada Balai Besar Wilayah Sungai Cidanau Ciujung Cidurian Direktorat Jendral Sumber Daya Air Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum Dan Perumahan Rakyat
Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and job characteristics on employee job satisfaction at Balai Besar Wilayah Sungai Cidanau Ciujung Cidurian. Balai Besar Wilayah Sungai Cidanau Ciujung Cidurian is an agency for the development of water resources infrastructure. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis technique with a sample of 73 people. The results of this study indicate that compensation has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction, the t test results show that 7,823 > ttable 1,994, with a significance level of0.000 < (0.05). Job characteristics have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction, the results of the t test show that tcount 2,454 > ttable 1,994, with a significance level of 0.013 < (0.05). The results of the F test show that Fcount 38,381 > Ftable 3.13 with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. It can be concluded that the variables of compensation and job characteristics simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction.
