The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the effect of climate organization and work environment of employee performance in office UPBJJ-UT Serang. The method used in this research is quantitative methods. The sampel used by 34 respondents, which amaout is a population of office UPBJJ-UT Serang. Data analysis using SPSS version 20. Based on the result of this study concluded that for the climate organization (X1) obtained By value t count < t table This partially no significant diference between the climate organization on employee performance. For work environment (X2) obtained by value t count > t table . Thus partially significant difference between work environment to employee performance. While based on test results obtained value f f count < f table this simultaneously significant difference between the climate organization and work environment of employee performance. And based on the model table summary obtained value R square amounting to 0,312 by 31,2% show that employee performance variables can be explained by the independent variable is the organizational climate and work environment68,88% while the rest is explained by other factors outside theĀ model variables of the study.
