Technological developments have brought major transformation in various sectors, including the financial sector. Artificial intelligence (AI) is one of the main technologies that is changing the way data is managed and financial decisions are made. This article discusses the implementation of artificial intelligence training designed for final year students of the Financial Management Concentration Study Program at Serang Raya University. This training aims to increase student competence in integrating AI into financial data analysis, decision making, and the application of other intelligent technologies in the world of work. This article also covers the benefits, training methods, and positive impact on students' readiness to face global competition in the era of digitalization.
