Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) can use online media as a medium to market their products, which will provide many benefits. Meanwhile, offline marketing can be done through exhibitions or bazaars (in store promotion) which are held in several shopping centers. Offline and online promotional activities are certainly very necessary for MSMEs. It is also hoped that this activity will be able to provide motivation, inspiration, education and input to MSME players to continue to promote and rise to face difficult times during the Covid-19 pandemic. By paying attention to the conditions that occur among MSME actors in Jakarta and Tangerang, these business actors have not been able to maximize online and offline marketing. This community service activity focuses on online and offline marketing to increase sales of MSMEs, especially the general public who live in Jakarta and Tangerang. The PKM results showed that the workshop participants became more aware of promoting their products through social media, especially MSMEs who initially sold offline, started marketing their products online. Apart from that, the participants also received socialization on how to obtain business permits online using OSS (Online Single Submission).
