PENYULUHAN MANAJEMEN KEWIRAUSAHAAN DALAM UPAYA PENINGKATAN KAPASITAS EKONOMI BAGI UMKM DI KECAMATAN CIKANDE KABUPATEN SERANG

Abstract

The implementation of community service activities aims to provide understanding to MSMEs about the importance of entrepreneurial management in increasing economic capacity to improve their standard of living. In detail it is explained that entrepreneurial management includes planning, managing, marketing and product supervision so that the expected results are optimal, based on a creative and innovative entrepreneurial spirit. This Entrepreneurial Management Counseling took place at the Swiss Belinn Modern Cikande Hotel - Cikande District, Serang Regency, as a collaboration between the Cooperative and Trade Office of Serang Regency and Serang Raya University lecturers. The counseling participants totaled 35 people, dominated by women with the type of bamboo handicraft business and various foods. It is hoped that after participating in counseling, MSMEs will be more motivated to manage their business and be strong in facing future challenges.
