Abstract

The development of digital technology requires vocational education, particularly in accounting, to adapt to the transformation of application-based financial reporting systems. However, most vocational high school students in Serang City still have limited mastery and lack practical skills in using digital accounting software such as MYOB. This community service activity focused on improving students' ability to prepare computer-based financial reports through hands-on training designed using the Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach and the Experiential Learning model. The activity subjects included 88 students from vocational high schools in Serang City, with two intensive training sessions being implemented. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in students' ability to prepare digital financial reports (an average increase of 47.3%), and a growing awareness of digital literacy. This activity proved that hands-on and participatory practice-based training can be an effective strategy in building digital accounting competencies and driving social transformation in vocational education environments towards the industrial era
