Pengaruh Rekrutmen Dan Seleksi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Divisi Logistik PT. Sankyu Indonesia Internasional Di Kota Cilegon
Abstract
The study to determine the recruitment and selection on employee performance in division logistic PT. Sankyu Indonesian International at Cilegon city, the independent variables in study is recruitment and selection and the dependent variable is employee of performance. The research model used in this study uses quantitative methods to study associative descriptive is to determine the influence or relationship between two or more variables, the data sources of data are primary data and secondary data in the form of questionnaires. The statistical method use use is test of normality, the multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, partial correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, determination analysis. Based on the calculation of the hypothesis test obtained by value t (7,192 > 1,669) means that there is a significant influence between recruitment in employee performance, t (1,011 < 1,669) means there is no significant and no influence between selection in employee performance. F 158,056 > 3,15 means that Ho rejected and Ha is accepted meaning there is significant influence between recruitment and selection on employee performance in division logistic PT. Sankyu Indonesian International at Cilegon city.
