The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Organizational Justice, Organizational Culture, and Job Satisfaction on Employee Organizational Commitment at Class 1 Immigration Office Non TPI Serang. This research is a quantitative study, the population in this study is all employees, totaling 42 people and the sample is a saturated sample, because the population is less than 100. Data collection is done through interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression using the SPSS program. The results of the analysis show that Organizational Justice (X1) has a positive and insignificant effect on Organizational Commitment (Y), this can be seen from the results of the calculation of tcount of 0.367 and ttable of 1.684 and a significance level of 0.716 greater than the value of α (0.05), Organizational Culture (X2) has a positive and significant influence on Organizational Commitment (Y), this can be seen from the results of the calculation of tcount of 2.237 and ttable of 1.684 and the level a significance of 0.031 is smaller than the value of α (0.05), Job Satisfaction (X3) has a positive and significant influence on Organizational Commitment (Y), this can be seen from the calculation results of tcount of 2.792 and ttable of 1.684 and a significance level of 0.008 is smaller than the value of α (0.05).</em></p> Suhartini Suhartini, Nurmalasari Nurmalasari Copyright (c) 2024 Jurnal Manajemen Perusahaan: JUMPA https://e-jurnal.lppmunsera.org/index.php/jumpa/article/view/8698 Wed, 29 May 2024 00:00:00 +0700 ANALISIS PENERAPAN E- SERVICE QUALITY DAN KEPUASAN NASABAH PENGGUNA BJB DIGI https://e-jurnal.lppmunsera.org/index.php/jumpa/article/view/8503 <p><em>Bank BJB is one of the largest regional development banks in Indonesia, it hasBank BJB is a prominent regional development bank in Indonesia that offers BJB Digi as a digital transaction tool. However, according to complaints on the Playstore, BJB Digi users have reported that some features are not functioning as intended and that the services provided by BJB Digi in responding to customer complaints do not meet customer expectations. This research aims to analyze the implementation of e-service quality and customer satisfaction in the BJB Digi application. This research uses quantitative descriptive methods, and nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling as the sampling method. The population in this research is customers of BJB Digi, and the data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The results obtained from e-service quality at BJB Digi show an average value of 64.33%, indicating that the figure falls in the good category. Based on data from the 2018 Riskesdas (Basic Health Research) report, 33.5 percent of the Indonesian population was declared to lack physical activity. This is one of the causes of the high number of sufferers of non-communicable diseases and obesity. This research aims to determine the marketing promotion mix strategy for Agung Sport Senter in increasing the number of consumers in 2022. The type of data used is qualitative descriptive. Data collection techniques used include observation, interviews and documentation. The theory used is the AIDA Theory (Attention, Interest, Desire and Action). The purpose of this study is to understand the procedures for granting credit, the development and repayment of credit, and the issues faced by PT Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten KCP Sudirman Serang. To support the completion of this final project research, the data collected includes both secondary and primary data. The data collection techniques used are interview methods, documentation methods, and library research methods. The method applied is a qualitative descriptive method. The object of this research is the implementation of credit at PT Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten KCP Sudirman Serang, starting from the submission of documents, investigation of loan documents, credit decisions, and ending with credit realization. Following this, credit supervision is carried out.
