Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  • If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.

Author Guidelines

  1. By attaching the results of a plagiarism check with a maximum percentage of 20%, the manuscript is an original work in the field of management and not the result of copying.
  2. Manuscripts should be written in the Indonesian language and be 8–25 pages long. equipped with an abstract (maximum 250 words) and key words. A brief biography of the author is included on a special sheet on the last page of the manuscript..
  3. A4 paper size Top margin 3 cm; left 3 cm; right 2.5 cm; bottom 2.5 cm.
    1. Use 1.5 spacing, a space after 6 points for the abstract and bibliography, and a space after 0 points for right and left alignment.
    2. File created with Microsoft word, using times new roman font size 12.
    3. Writing systematics :
      1. Title
      2. Author's name, email address
      3. Abstract in English and Indonesian with keywords
      4. Introduction without subtitles contains background on the problem, objectives, theoretical basis, and hypothesis (if using hypothesis).
      5. Research method
      6. Results and discussion (divided into several subheadings, if deemed necessary)
      7. Closing contains conclusions and suggestions.
    4. The bibliography is compiled by following the scientific writing guidelines and including a minimum of 15 references. and must use the reference manager ch.Zotero or Mendeley.
