It also plays a pivotal role in the comprehensive digitalization of businesses. This study provides a comprehensive analysis of MSMEs, examining internal and external factors, including strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, to identify the best strategy for growth. Our approach considers women's leadership and a digital mindset while developing the Jamu Oeti Malang MSME business. Primary data was obtained from interviews with MSMEs and further analyzed this data using SWOT analysis. The findings suggest that an offensive-expansion strategy would be most appropriate. Jamu Oeti MSMEs should expand their market while emphasizing women's leadership in business, pursuing continuous innovation, and supporting and utilizing digitalization by encouraging a workforce committed to technology. To achieve this, Jamu Oeti MSMEs can strengthen women's leadership and digital mindset through training and development programs, adopting and integrating technology, establishing strategic collaborations, focusing on sustainable innovation, and utilizing data for future business strategies.</p> <p>Kepemimpinan perempuan merupakan bagian integral dari gerakan menuju kesetaraan gender dan pertumbuhan UMKM. Hal ini juga memainkan peran penting dalam digitalisasi bisnis yang komprehensif. Studi ini memberikan analisis komprehensif terhadap UMKM, mengkaji faktor internal dan eksternal, termasuk kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman, untuk mengidentifikasi strategi pertumbuhan terbaik. Pendekatan kami mempertimbangkan kepemimpinan perempuan dan pola pikir digital dalam mengembangkan bisnis UMKM Jamu Oeti Malang. Data primer diperoleh dari wawancara kepada UMKM dan selanjutnya data tersebut dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi ekspansi ofensif adalah yang paling tepat. UMKM Jamu Oeti harus memperluas pasarnya dengan tetap mengedepankan kepemimpinan perempuan dalam bisnis, mengupayakan inovasi berkelanjutan, serta mendukung dan memanfaatkan digitalisasi dengan mendorong tenaga kerja yang berkomitmen terhadap teknologi. This research was conducted on employees of PT Luar Luar Teknologi. The respondents of this study were all employees of PT Luar Luar Teknologi, totaling 35 people using questionnaires as a data collection technique. The SPSS program is used for data analysis through three stages of testing: descriptive statistics, classical assumption test and hypothesis test. The results of the analysis showed that Organizational Culture (X1), Leadership Style, and Compensation System have positive non-standardized coefficients which are 0.141, 0.508, and 0.374 respectively. Coefficient standardization shows that Leadership Style has the most significant impact on employee performance with a beta coefficient value of 0.502, followed by the Compensation System with a beta coefficient value of 0.427, and Organizational Culture with a beta coefficient value of 0.241. Statistically significant T-values show that these three independent variables have a significant influence on employee performance. In addition, all Sig. values (significance) associated with the independent variable were less than a significance level of 0.05, indicating that the relationship between the independent variable and employee performance was statistically significant. This provides a deeper understanding for company management in designing policies and strategies to improve employee performance. Hoped that this results can contribute to further understanding regarding the implementation of digitalization of public services at the provincial level, especially in North Sumatra. It is also hoped that give the recommendations from this research can serve as a guide for the government and related agencies in improving the quality of public services through digital platforms. This research method use a qualitative descriptive, which is to describe phenomena in a real context, without manipulating variables or producing statistical generalizations. The results show that the digitalization on public services via the website sumutprov.go.id has shown significant progress in providing more efficient, accessible and transparent services for the community. The development of this platform is designed to enhance transaction efficiency and effectiveness, control product quality, and improve transaction security. By utilizing modern technologies such as Dart, Flutter, and Laravel, this platform offers solutions to address the challenges of traditional e-commerce, focusing on rapid development, application performance, and optimal user experience. The study includes a needs analysis, design, implementation, and evaluation of an e-commerce application prototype. It is expected that this platform will create an ecosystem that supports business growth and innovation within the academic environment, shaping a generation of young entrepreneurs ready to compete in the global market. With the phenomenon regarding the environment, it is interesting to research and this research aims to explain the influence of green brand image and green perceived quality on green trust and green purchase intention in Tupperware products in Cilegon City with green trust as a mediating variable. This research was conducted in Cilegon City with a sample size of 70 Tupperware user respondents. The sample was determined using a non-probability sampling model, with accidental sampling technique. The data that has been collected is processed using path analysis techniques using SPSS 25 for Windows. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang pernah membeli produk J.CO Donuts & Coffee sebanyak 3 kali di Kota Cilegon dan Serang. Penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik <em>purposive sampling</em>, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 150 responden. Analisis data menggunakan <em>partial leats square structural equation modeling</em> (PLS-SEM).
