PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN, KOMUNIKASI INTERPESONAL DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KOMITMEN ORGANISASI PT GUNANUSA UTAMA FABRICATORS -SERANG

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, Komunikasi interpersonal dan Lingkungan kerja terhadap Komitmen organisasi di PT Gunanusa Utama Fabricators. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi dan sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 54 orang karyawan di PT Gunanusa Utama Fabricators karena menggunakan metode sampel jenuh. Metode statistik yang digunakan yaitu uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi, uji koefisiensi determinasi, uji t dan uji f. Alat analisis data dengan menggunakan program SPSS V22.0 dalam mengolah data. Berdasarkan penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa 1) Gaya kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh terhadap Komitmen organisasi, 2) Komunikasi interpersonal berpengaruh positif terhadap Komitmen organisasi, 3) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap Komitmen organisasi, 4) Gaya kepemimpinan, Komunikasi interpersonal, dan Lingkungan kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif terhadap Komitmen organisasi. Disarankan PT Gunanusa Utama Fabricators perlu meningkatkan peran pimpinannya.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of Leadership Style, Interpersonal Communication and Work Environment on Organizational Commitment at PT Gunanusa Utama Fabricators. This study uses a quantitative method. The population and sample of this study amounted to 54 employees at PT Gunanusa Utama Fabricators because it uses a saturated sample method. The statistical methods used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression test, coefficient of determination test, t test and f test. Data analysis tools using the SPSS V22.0 program in processing data. Based on this study, it can be concluded that 1) Leadership style does not affect organizational commitment, 2) Interpersonal communication has a positive effect on organizational commitment, 3) Work environment has a positive effect on organizational commitment, 4) Leadership style, interpersonal communication, and work environment together have a positive effect on organizational commitment. It is recommended that PT Gunanusa Utama Fabricators need to improve the role of its leaders.
