Analisis Optimalisasi Manajemen Keuangan dalam MeningkatkanKinerja Bisnis Visa Cotton Batik Kota Surakarta

Abstract

Visa Cottonbatik is a micro, small and medium enterprise (UMKM) founded by Zulfa Rahma Wati and Angger in 2015. The problem faced by Visa Cottonbatik as a PT. Individual currently is financial management. Financial problems often faced by PT Perseroan include: Inconsistent cash flow, lack of financial planning, excessive spending, lack of separation of personal and business finances, and lack of supervision of inventory and supplies. The objectives of the PkM activities at Visa Cottonbatik are to (1) Increase financial management capacity, (2) Implement digital financial technology, (3) Improve orderly financial administration, (4) Increase business competitiveness, (5) Provide a basis for access to capital. The PkM implementation method used is Needs analysis, application selection, discussion, training on use and mentoring. After the discussion between the Community Service Team and the Visa Cottonbatik Owner, it was agreed to use the KasirPintar Application which was downloaded via Playstore. Continuous mentoring activities and additional training on advanced financial management are considered necessary to be implemented in the following year's PkM activities.
