<p><strong>ABSTRAK</strong></p> <p>Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menguji dan menganalisis: (1) pengaruh <em>Perceived Organizational Support (POS)</em> terhadap <em>work engagement</em> (2) pengaruh <em>Perceived Organizational Support (POS)</em> terhadap <em>psychological safety </em>(3) pengaruh psychological safety terhadap work engagement (4) pengaruh <em>Perceived Organizational Support (POS)</em> terhadap <em>work engagement</em> melalui <em>psychological safety.</em> Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kausal. Populasi dari penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Bank Nagari Kantor Pusat dengan jumlah 262 orang. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 158 orang karyawan yang diambil dengan menggunakan teknik cluster proportional random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan Skala Likert. Teknik analisis yang digunakan melalui software SmartPLS 4. Hasil pengolahan data pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) <em>Perceived Organizational Support (POS)</em> berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap <em>work engagement</em> pada karyawan PT. Bank Nagari Kantor Pusat (2) <em>Perceived Organizational Support (POS)</em> berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap <em>psychological safety</em> pada karyawan PT. Bank Nagari Kantor Pusat. (3) <em>psychological safety</em> berpengaruh positf dan signifikan terhadap <em>work engagement </em>pada karyawan PT. Bank Nagari Kantor Pusat. This research is causal research. The population of this study were all employees of PT. Bank Nagari Kantor Pusat with a total of 262 people. The number of samples used was 158 employees who were taken using cluster proportional random sampling technique. Data collection using a questionnaire with a Likert Scale. The analysis technique used through SmartPLS 4 software. The result of data processing in this study indicate that: (1) Perceived Organizational Support (POS) has a positive and significant effect on work engagement in employees of PT. Bank Nagari Pusat (2) Perceived Organizational Support (POS) has a positive and significant effect on psychological safety in employees of PT. Bank Nagari Kantor Pusat (3) psychological safety has a positive and significant effect on work engagement in employees of PT. Bank Nagari Kantor Pusat (4) Perceived Organizational Support (POS) has a positive and significant effect on work engagement through psychological safety in the employees of PT. <p><em>Banking plays an important role in managing the wheels of economic transactions in a country's society. Therefore, as a financial institution that has an intermediary function, banks must demonstrate </em><em>good financial performance through their financial ratios. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the ratio of Non Performing Loans, Loan to Deposit Ratios, and Operational Efficiency Ratio on Return on Assets in Kompas100 indexed banking in 2018-2020. There are eight research samples that meet the criteria in the purposive sampling method with data analysis using multiple linear regression. The findings of this study are Non Performing Loans and Loan to Deposit Ratio have a positive but not significant effect on Return on Assets, while Operational Efficiency Ratio have a negative and significant effect on Return on Assets. Simultaneously, NonPerforming Loans, Loan to Deposit Ratios, and Operational Efficiency Ratio have a significant effect on Return on Assets. </em></p>Nurul Sitio

<p><em>MSMEs have an important role in the local economy, including in Sidoarjo Regency. However, MSMEs often face various marketing problems and challenges. The research aims to examine the influence of digital marketing training and the role of social media on the development of MSMEs in Sidoarjo Regency, with the help of the SmartPLS version 4 application using the SEM-PLS method. This research involved 100 permanent respondents who had taken part in digital marketing training organized by the Sidoarjo Regency Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises Service. Data was collected via a Google Form questionnaire and analyzed using SmartPLS version 4. The research showed that digital marketing training had a positive influence on the role of social media, and then digital marketing training and the role of social media had a positive influence on the development of MSMEs in Sidoarjo Regency. This research indicates that the use of digital marketing training and social media can be an effective strategy in increasing the competitiveness and growth of MSMEs in current technological developments.</em></p>Steven Owen Purnawan

<p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keterlibatan kerja terhadap prestasi kerja dengan mediasi OCB pada karyawan Desa Poncosari Srandakan Bantul. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Data penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian populasi karena subjeknya kurang dari 100, mengingat jumlah penduduk Kecamatan Poncosari hanya 40 orang. Keterlibatan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap prestasi kerja. Perilaku Kewarganegaraan Organisasi (OCB) memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja kerja. Perilaku Kewarganegaraan Organisasi (OCB) secara signifikan memediasi hubungan antara Keterlibatan Kerja dan Kinerja Pekerjaan. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Perilaku Kewarganegaraan Organisasi (OCB) yang dimiliki oleh pegawai Kecamatan Poncosari mampu memperkuat hubungan positif antara keterlibatan kerja dan prestasi kerja.</p> <p><strong>Kata kunci: </strong>keterlibatan kerja; Perilaku Kewarganegaraan Organisasi (OCB); Performa kerja</p>Rian Fatika Dewi

<p><strong>Abstrak</strong></p> <p>Sumber daya manusia merupakan aset terpenting dalam suatu organisasi bisnis atau perusahaan karena mereka menjalankan kebijakan dan aktivitas operasional perusahaan. Kepuasan kerja adalah tanggapan karyawan terhadap pekerjaan mereka, bisa berupa respons positif atau negatif. Untuk mencapai kepuasan kerja, ada tiga faktor utama yang perlu diperhatikan, yaitu gaya kepemimpinan situasional, lingkungan kerja, dan beban kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan situasional, lingkungan kerja, dan beban kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di PT. Serinding Sumber Makmur. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan populasi karyawan PT. Serinding Sumber Makmur. Sampel diambil menggunakan rumus sloving, data dianalisis menggunakan aplikasi IBM SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan situasional tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Implikasinya, strategi pengembangan kepemimpinan situasional mungkin perlu diperkuat atau dikaji lebih lanjut untuk mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja secara lebih efektif di perusahaan ini. Di sisi lain, lingkungan kerja terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, menunjukkan pentingnya mempertahankan atau meningkatkan kondisi lingkungan kerja yang mendukung karyawan agar dapat meningkatkan kepuasan mereka. Sementara itu, beban kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, yang mengindikasikan bahwa fokus pada pengelolaan beban kerja mungkin tidak menjadi prioritas utama dalam upaya meningkatkan kepuasan kerja di perusahaan ini. Implikasi keseluruhan dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya manajemen perusahaan untuk mempertimbangkan faktor-faktor tersebut dalam upaya meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan, dengan fokus khusus pada pengembangan strategi kepemimpinan situasional dan perbaikan kondisi lingkungan kerja.</p> <p style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><strong>Keywords:</strong> Gaya kepemimpinan situasional; lingkungan kerja dan beban kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja</p>Hendro
