Therefore PT. Badak LNG initiated the Salin Swara Program in collaboration with the Bontang City Environmental Service and the community which focuses on waste banks. From the observation results, problems were identified that there is still a lack of commitment from the parties in collaboration, there are not yet adequate waste processing facilities, there is a lack of human resources, there are no formal collaboration benchmarks related to targets, and there are still sectoral egos.

Purpose: Describe and analyze collaborative governance in waste management through the Salin Swara Program in Bontang City as well as the driving and inhibiting factors in the collaboration process.

Methodology: This research uses descriptive research methods with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this research were carried out by observation, interviews, documentation. Interactive model data analysis techniques.

Results/Findings: The research results show that the collaboration carried out through the Salin Swara Program in Bontang City is not optimal. There are still shortcomings in four aspects of government collaboration, such as, in terms of institutional design, mutually agreed performance standards in collaboration have not been developed. In terms of the collaboration process, it shows that there is still a lack of intensity of face-to-face dialogue carried out by each party. Lack of commitment from the community, there has not been a mutual understanding between the parties regarding the objectives of the collaboration.

Paper Type: Descriptive

Keywords: Collaborative Governance, Waste, Program, Salin Swara
Jeanne Steza Ryna Sianturi Kus Indarto Copyright (c) 2024 Jurnal Inovasi dan Kreativitas (JIKa) 2024-03-25 2024-03-25 4 1 1 13 10.30656/jika.v4i1.8098 Penerapan Education Management Information System (EMIS) Di Lembaga Pendidikan Keagamaan dan Pondok Pesantren Pada Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Tangerang https://e-jurnal.lppmunsera.org/index.php/JIKa/article/view/8761
Problemms: The implementation of EMIS is still not running optimally at the Tangerang Regency Ministry of Religion office for some operators at Islamic boarding schools in Tangerang Regency.

Purpose: This study aimed to determine the implementation of the Education Management Information System (EMIS) at the Islamic boarding schools of Tangerang Ministry of Religion Affairs.

Methodologi: This research was a qualitative research. The data collection techniques were conducted by observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. This research consisted of 4 indicators, namely the human resources component by measuring internal factors consisting of attitude, skill, and knowledge, which the three benchmarks were sufficiently fulfilled.

Results/Findings: The human resources external factors with the first indicator of work tools had not been maximized.; the second, the supporting work resources included adequate funds and supporting infrastructure; the third was coworkers which were sufficiently well to be implemented. The hardware resources componets were still found to be not fully supportive and adequate. The software resources components, in terms of processes and computer programs that support EMIS, were sufficiently well implemented. Data resources in the implementation of EMIS were seen from 3 sub indicators, namely the data category, the timeliness of data collection, and the rules in the data collection process where the three elements were sufficiently well conducted by the EMIS operators. Supporting factors that support the implementation of EMIS consisted of the first, the role of the leaders by coordinating activities was sufficiently well implemented. Second, understanding of the EMIS program, the operators of the institution were sufficiently understood about EMIS inhibiting factors. The financing component had not been managed properly which had resulted in the existing funds not being used optimally to support the EMIS. Whereas in terms of operator quality, it can be seen from two elements, namely training and disciplinary institutions that were not yet sufficiently supportive, so that there was a need for improvements in education and training for EMIS operators in institutions, as well as in the discipline of institutions in presenting data collection results.

Paper Type: Qualitative Research

Keywords: EMIS, Implementation of EMIS, Religious Institutions, and Islamic Boarding Schools.
Nuril Muhammad Hasieb Ayuning Budiarti Delly Maulana Copyright (c) 2024 Jurnal Inovasi dan Kreativitas (JIKa) 2024-06-07 2024-06-07 4 1 14 31 10.30656/jika.v4i1.8761 Manajemen Komunikasi Dalam Menyosialisasikan Pencegahan Stunting Di Kecamatan Lebak Wangi Kabupaten Serang Tahun 2023 https://e-jurnal.lppmunsera.org/index.php/JIKa/article/view/8531
Problems: Stunting is a health disease that causes chronic growth and development failure in toddlers whose nutritional needs are not met.
