The purpose of this study was to determine the level of service quality and customer satisfaction of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Cipanas Branch office,&nbsp; five variables of service quality (Tangible, Empathy, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance). The population in this study is all visitors to PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Cipanas Branch office. The number of samples was 100 respondents. To determine the sample using the non-probability sampling method with the incidental sampling method. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The analysis of this discussion is descriptive. The results of this study indicate that for the variables of Reliability, Responsiveness, and Assurance, the quality of service provided from PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Cipanas Branch office is very good because it is in accordance with customer expectations. While in Tangible and Empathy the quality of service provided still has several shortcomings. Balai Besar Wilayah Sungai Cidanau Ciujung Cidurian is an agency for the development of water resources infrastructure. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis technique with a sample of 73 people. The results of this study indicate that compensation has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction, the t test results show that 7,823 &gt; ttable 1,994, with a significance level of0.000 &lt; (0.05). Job characteristics have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction, the results of the t test show that tcount 2,454 &gt; ttable 1,994, with a significance level of 0.013 &lt; (0.05). The results of the F test show that Fcount 38,381 &gt; Ftable 3.13 with a significance level of 0.000 &lt;0.05. Sankyu Indonesian International at Cilegon city, the independent variables in study is recruitment and selection and the dependent variable is employee of performance. The research model used in this study uses quantitative methods to study associative descriptive is to determine the influence or relationship between two or more variables, the data sources of data are primary data and secondary data in the form of questionnaires. The statistical method use use is test of normality, the multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, partial correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, determination analysis. Based on the calculation of the hypothesis test obtained by value t (7,192 &gt; 1,669) means that there is a significant influence between recruitment in employee performance, t (1,011 &lt; 1,669) means there is no significant and no influence between selection in employee performance. F 158,056 &gt; 3,15 means that H<sub>o</sub> rejected and H<sub>a</sub> is accepted meaning there is significant influence between recruitment and selection on employee performance in division logistic PT. Therefore, this study aims to determine the analysis of the effect of Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE) and Price Earning Ratio (PER) on Stock Returns with Perceived Risk of Stocks as Moderating Variables. The data used is secondary data from the Southeast Asian Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2019. The sampling method in this study obtained 7 companies with 56 samples. The analysis technique used is moderated regression analysis (MRA), multiple linear regression, partial test and simultaneous test. The study concludes that all independent variables have an effect on Stock Return but are not significant. Many factors can affect Impulse Buying including Merchandising and Facilities. The research method uses quantitative methods. This research is a survey research. The number of samples in this study were 100 respondents from the Alfamart Sumampir minimarket in Cilegon and Merchandising as the independent variable. The aims of this research are to (1) examine the effect of merchandising on product impulse buying; (2) Testing the effect of the facility on impulse buying; (3) Testing the effect of merchandising and facilities simultaneously affecting the impulse buying of products at the Alfamart Sumampir minimarket in Cilegon. The data used in this study came from the financial statements of the company PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk for the period 2013-2020 using a quantitative descriptive method. The type of data in this study is secondary data, and data processing uses the SPSS Version 23 program. The analytical method used in this study is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and t test.
