Pengaruh Good Corporate Governance, Return on Equity dan Debt to Equity Ratio Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Bank Rakyat Indonesia

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Managerial Ownership, Return On Equity, Debt To Equity Ratio on Company Value at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk. The data used in this study came from the financial statements of the company PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk for the period 2013-2020 using a quantitative descriptive method. The type of data in this study is secondary data, and data processing uses the SPSS Version 23 program. The analytical method used in this study is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and t test. The test results show that managerial ownership has a negative effect on firm value, Return On Equity (ROE) has a negative effect on Firm Value, and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has a negative effect on Firm Value.
