PENGARUH ATTITUDE TOWARD MONEY TERHADAP COMPULSIVE BUYING BEHAVIOUR PENGGUNA KARTU KREDIT

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku pengguna kartu kredit bank Mandiri dan bank BCA tahun 2014. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan dianalisis menggunakan multiple regression dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 18.0 dengan mengambil sampel sebanyak 121 orang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa compulsive buying behavior dipengaruhi oleh power prestige. Sehingga hanya power prestige yang memiliki pengaruh paling besar terhadap compulsive buying behavior, sedangkan willingness to pay, awareness about total debt owed dan management of income vs expenses tidak memiliki pengaruh  terhadap compulsive buying behavior.
