Efforts to overcome corruption in the bureaucracy as a bureaucratic reform policy through the Integrity Zone (ZI) development program, one of which was carried out by the National Police. The aim of this research is to examine the development of the Integrity Zone which has received the title of WBK (Corruption-Free Area) at the Cilegon Police Headquarters. The method used is a qualitative approach. Data collection through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study found that the total ZI weight score at the Cilegon Polres fulfilled the WBK predicate which reached 93.56 scores. The lowest weighted value of the lever element is the aspect of management and strengthening of supervision. The highest score is in the aspect of strengthening accountability and improving service quality. The ZI innovation carried out at the Cilegon Police in building WBK is by improving public services that are comfortable and easily accessible to the public by providing an Integrated Service Center (Pusyandu), where several types of public services are carried out such as SKCK attendants, crowd permits and STTP, STM and Wasendak. Obstacles in the development of ZI at the Cilegon Polres include the lack of budget availability in encouraging the development of ZI, the lack of understanding of the HR apparatus between units from each section and units within the Cilegon Polres environment. Obstacles to the readiness of the lack of a public service activity publication team, many application systems that become services that cannot be used such as BPKB/police ticket service, intelligence services, and SPKT services.

Revani Gena Azzunaika Kandung Sapto Nugroho Rina Yulianti Copyright (c) 2023 Revani Gena Azzunaika, Kandung Sapto Nugroho, Rina Yulianti https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2023-08-29 2023-08-29 4 2 13 25 10.30656/jdkp.v4i2.6577 Kolaborasi Pengembangan Pariwisata Desa Sawarna https://e-jurnal.lppmunsera.org/index.php/JDKP/article/view/6569
This article will discuss the involvement of actors in tourism development in Sawarna Village. This research is motivated by Pasaman Regency which is a disaster-prone area. flash floods is one type of disaster that has a high potential and has a large impact and loss. Thus, there is a need for a strategic management process carried out by the Pasaman Regency BPBD in the implementation of flash floods disaster management which aims to reduce the risk of flash floods disasters in Pasaman Regency. The method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques using interviews, documentation, and observation. . The selection of informants was done by purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in this study according to Miles and Huberman, meanwhile to test the validity of the data obtained in the field, the source triangulation technique was used. The strategic management process is carried out by describing the phenomena found in the field using the theory of J. David Hunger and Thomas L. Wheelen which states that the strategic management process consists of a process of environmental scanning, strategy formulation, strategy implementation and evaluation and control. The results of this study conclude that the strategic management process in flash floods disaster management by BPBD Pasaman Regency has not been achieved optimally, this is due to limited human resources owned by BPBD Pasaman Regency in terms of number and competence, lack of infrastructure facilities owned by all programs and activities optimally in achieving organizational goals, low presentation of budget realization in the implementation of programs and activities carried out, achievement of performance targets that are not yet optimal and special evaluations held by BPBD Pasaman Regency related to several activities in disaster management.
Taufani Ahmad Roni Ekha Putera Yoserizal Yoserizal Copyright (c) 2023 Taufani Ahmad, Roni Ekha Putera, Yoserizal Yoserizal https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2023-08-29 2023-08-29 4 2 34 49 10.30656/jdkp.v4i2.5180 Dampak Pandemi COVID-19 Terhadap Implementasi Target Energi Terbarukan dalam Kerangka ASEAN Plan of Action for Energy Cooperation 2016-2025 https://e-jurnal.lppmunsera.org/index.php/JDKP/article/view/6910
The energy transition from using energy fossils to cleaner renewable energy is one of the ways to achieve energy security. In bureaucratic reform, there are eight areas of change, one of which contains the simplification of the bureaucracy, which is contained in the fulfillment area at the third point, namely structuring and strengthening the organization in which it mandates equalization and transfer of positions. The simplification of the bureaucracy is predicted to be able to accelerate services and realize good governance through effective and efficient governance. Too many levels of bureaucracy in structural positions that must be passed in service is one of the causes of the ineffectiveness of the existing bureaucracy. So that it encourages the government to issue policies through cutting echelonization into two levels by equalizing echelon IV positions and transferring administrative positions into functional positions. Settlement of land disputes that give rise to this conflict really requires the role of the government to be able to resolve land disputes peacefully, both with the community and with non-governmental third parties. This land dispute case was caused by administrative irregularities in the processing of land ownership documents or documents in the Gayo Lues Regency, which triggered land disputes that eventually became ongoing conflicts. Thus, it is necessary to have a mediation system in resolving land disputes initiated by the government as a neutral party to minimize land conflicts. The government's role is also not only needed as a mediator but also as a facilitator in implementing land dispute resolution policies that must be implemented by all parties involved in the land conflict resolution process. The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the implementation of land dispute settlement policies through mediation at the Land Office of Gayo Lues District, Aceh Province, and to analyze the inhibiting factors of the performance of the policy. The method used in achieving the objectives of this study is a descriptive research method and is analyzed qualitatively. The results of the study show that the land dispute resolution policy implemented through the mediation system is going well, although there are still several areas in the Gayo Lues Regency that have not been properly socialized regarding this policy.
